About the role
As a Guest Experience Expert at the Dead Sea Marriott Resort & Spa, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring every interaction is memorable and seamless. You will guide guests through check‑in, check‑out and throughout their stay, delivering personalized service that reflects Marriott’s commitment to wonderful hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently while adhering to brand standards.
- Handle guest requests, operational needs, and incident reports promptly.
- Provide local area information and promote resort amenities.
- Maintain accurate records, complete daily reports, and ensure confidentiality of guest data.
- Uphold safety, quality, and appearance standards at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
- Professional appearance, communication, and adherence to company policies.
