Intake Specialist (Bilingual English-Arabic) Remote

About the role

As an Intake Specialist you will be the first point of contact for potential clients of a fast‑growing personal injury law firm. Working remotely, you will qualify cases, answer questions, and ensure a smooth hand‑off to the pre‑litigation team.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor incoming emails and chat messages for new leads and case updates.
• Organize contracts, termination letters, photos, and other documents in Dropbox.
• Answer inbound calls with professional customer service, probing for case details.
• Transfer calls to the appropriate team member when necessary.
• Create and manage new client projects in Filevine.
• Log all comments, observations, and status updates.
• Follow up on assigned leads, maintain high‑quality interactions, and clean outdated leads.
• Complete the intake process and forward case information to the Pre‑Litigation department.
• Send submission emails to initiate new cases.
• Handle clinic referrals based on client location.
• Participate in daily stand‑ups and regular team meetings.

Required profile

• Fully bilingual in English and Arabic.
• Minimum 3 years experience in remote sales or intake.
• Strong sales background; personal‑injury experience is a plus.
• Reliable PC or laptop with a wired internet connection.
• Noise‑cancelling headset and a quiet workspace.

• Dropbox – document storage and organization.
