Junior Sales Account Manager

About the role

CloackX, a fast‑growing international Forex brokerage, is seeking motivated Junior Sales Account Managers to help expand its client base across global markets. You will turn leads into active traders, nurture long‑term relationships, and support the company’s growth in both new and existing territories.

Key responsibilities

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into active trading accounts using effective communication and closing techniques.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and increase trading activity.
• Utilise the CRM system to manage the sales pipeline, track performance and report results.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in key markets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Represent CloackX professionally in all client interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Forex brokerage or related financial services sales role.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
• Proven negotiation and closing abilities with a track record of lead conversion.
• Experience in client relationship management and retention strategies.
• Ability to work flexibly across different time zones.
