Liabilities Product Manager

About the role

Manage the development, performance, and continuous enhancement of consumer banking liabilities products across multiple operating markets. Drive sustainable deposit growth, CASA penetration and product profitability through competitive propositions and effective pricing.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of consumer liabilities products, from design to periodic performance reviews.
• Support deposit growth and retention through targeted initiatives, competitive pricing and differentiated propositions.
• Monitor product revenue, margins, cost of funds and profitability; develop pricing recommendations in coordination with Treasury and Finance.
• Leverage customer segmentation, market intelligence and behavioural analytics to strengthen primary banking relationships.
• Coordinate digital account opening, product enhancements and migration initiatives to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Track product‑level KPIs, account activation, balance trends and competitive positioning, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with product governance frameworks and regulatory requirements across all markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 6‑8 years of banking experience, including at least 3 years in consumer liabilities or retail deposit product management.
• Proven experience managing current accounts, savings accounts and term deposits, with strong portfolio analysis and pricing expertise.
• Good understanding of deposit economics, Treasury and ALM principles, and regulatory requirements.
• Fluent written and verbal English with strong stakeholder management skills.
