About the role
The Multi Property Housing Attendant (Guest Environment Expert) ensures that all guest areas of the hotel are clean, well‑maintained and ready to deliver a memorable experience. Working across multiple properties, you will handle guest requests, stock carts, and keep public and private spaces spotless.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to Marriott standards.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, delivering items and services as needed.
- Stock and organize housekeeping carts and supply rooms.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Follow safety procedures, company policies, and maintain confidentiality.
Required profile
- Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
- Commitment to a safe workplace and professional appearance.
- Willingness to work in a team‑oriented, guest‑focused environment.
- Adherence to quality standards and company policies.
