Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

Chain Reaction, an award‑winning digital marketing agency operating across the GCC and Levant, is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of high‑volume paid campaigns, translating client goals into measurable results while staying ahead of emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and other platforms.
• Manage advertising budgets, ensuring ROI targets and adjusting spend based on demand and seasonality.
• Analyse performance data, produce detailed reports and calculate key metrics such as Cost Per Lead.
• Conduct continuous A/B testing of ad copy to improve conversion rates.
• Maintain expertise in Google Ads campaign types, Google Display Network and retargeting strategies.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of performance‑marketing experience, including at least 1 year of team management.
• Proven track record in e‑commerce performance marketing.
• Experience with luxury brands is a strong advantage.
• Educational or professional background in Marketing or Advertising is a plus.
• Fluency in French is a plus.

Required skills

• Google Ads, Google Ads Editor and Google Analytics.
• Keyword research, campaign build‑outs and bid management.
• Display advertising, including Google Display Network.
• Retargeting/remarketing strategies.
• PPC ad copy creation and A/B testing.
