Procurement Senior Coordinator

About the role

The Procurement Senior Coordinator is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end purchasing process of goods and services needed by the company. This role supports cost‑reduction initiatives, supplier development, and ensures compliance with procurement policies while collaborating closely with internal functions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute purchases of company goods and services, issuing purchase orders and managing contracts.
• Develop suppliers, negotiate contracts, and drive cost‑reduction targets.
• Implement category purchasing plans aligned with annual needs and long‑term sourcing strategies.
• Monitor sourcing productivity, savings, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate market conditions and recommend updates to sourcing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and internal audit processes.
• Support operational targets, including DII targets and supplier payment terms.
• Collaborate with related functions to execute the Capex plan on time.
• Gather stakeholder feedback, assess supplier performance, and maintain supplier scorecards.
• Monitor delivery performance, quality, material variance, and cost‑improvement projects.
• Identify and qualify new suppliers, encouraging competitive bidding to achieve the lowest price.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management or Industrial Engineering.
• 0‑2 years of experience, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
• Good understanding of manufacturing and quality principles.

Required skills

• SAP (knowledge is a plus)
