Product Specialist - Aesthetic Medical Devices

About the role

The Product Specialist promotes and sells the company's aesthetic medical device products to new and existing customers through regular visits. The role also includes after-sales support such as in-service training, follow-up on collections and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Sell using a consultative approach, identify or create the need for Imdad products and keep customers informed of product changes and enhancements.
• Schedule meetings with existing and new customers, generate new client accounts and perform product demonstrations on site.
• Use negotiation and sales-closure techniques, and provide prospects with information on ownership, working physicians, equipment and status.
• Update customer databases with contact details, email and phone numbers.
• Submit weekly sales and marketing reports and help follow up accounts receivable.
• Maintain good relationships with key decision-makers, doctors and customer personnel, and attend conferences and workshops.
• Deliver in-service training for customer end users and use market awareness of competitors' activities and pricing.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Bioscience or another scientific field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in medical devices sales; dermatology line experience is a plus.
• Driving license and car.
• Bilingual Arabic and English is mandatory.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Time management, organisation and multi-tasking.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
