Production Manager – Bespoke Furniture Manufacturing

About the role

NAZ is seeking a Production Manager to lead its on‑site manufacturing operations in Amman. You will ensure that bespoke furniture, doors, kitchens, wardrobes and architectural joinery are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and monitor daily production workflows for multiple custom projects.
• Manage material flow, inventory levels and resource allocation to meet project deadlines.
• Supervise and coach production staff, enforce health‑and‑safety procedures and promote a safe, inclusive workplace.
• Track production metrics, analyse KPIs and generate reports for senior leadership.
• Coordinate closely with design, engineering and installation teams to align on specifications and client expectations.
• Implement continuous‑improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing production in furniture manufacturing, joinery or related woodworking sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, conduct performance management and maintain a safe work environment.
• Technical or engineering qualification (industrial engineering, manufacturing) or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with the Jordanian or regional market and proficiency in English is an advantage.
