React Developer (Mid-level) – Amman

About the role

We are looking for a skilled React Developer to build and maintain the user interfaces of our trading platform. The role focuses on turning Figma designs into responsive, accessible web applications, ensuring high performance and seamless API integration.

Key responsibilities

• Implement new product features from Figma designs with pixel-perfect fidelity.
• Own front-end performance, bundle size, and rendering optimization.
• Ensure interfaces meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards and are fully keyboard operable.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to define and consume clean API contracts.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and uphold component architecture standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and share front-end best practices.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience building production React applications with TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of component design and state-management patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS or similar utility-first styling systems.
• Strong grasp of semantic HTML and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility requirements.
• Familiarity with modern build tooling such as Vite, ESLint and Prettier.
• Effective communicator who works well with design and product partners.
