Regional Operations Manager – F&B & Coffee House Operations

About the role

The Regional Operations Manager will oversee daily operations across multiple F&B and coffee‑house branches, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and high service standards. This field‑oriented leader will coach branch managers, control costs, and drive performance throughout the network.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the operations of multiple branches on a daily basis.
• Monitor branch performance, sales growth, labor cost, overtime, and operational KPIs.
• Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
• Conduct regular branch visits, operational audits, and performance evaluations.
• Lead, coach, and develop Branch Managers and operational teams.
• Analyze operational reports, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain high customer service standards, product quality, hygiene, and food safety.
• Control waste, operational inefficiencies, and unnecessary expenses.
• Coordinate with HR on staffing, performance issues, and manpower planning.
• Collaborate with Finance on branch profitability, cash handling, and cost control.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B or coffee‑chain operations.
• Proven experience managing multiple branches or operational units.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
