About the role
Club Feast is seeking a Restaurant Business Development Representative to drive partnership growth with local and minority‑owned restaurants. This sales‑focused position blends outreach, negotiation, and strategic conversation to help restaurant owners increase revenue through the Club Feast platform.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and connect with restaurant owners via outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
- Lead sales conversations, articulate business value, and guide prospects through the decision‑making process.
- Negotiate partnership terms, pricing, and margins that benefit both the restaurant and Club Feast.
- Maintain and track deals in HubSpot, ensuring a robust pipeline and smooth handoff to onboarding.
- Support market expansion by securing high‑quality restaurant partners and providing feedback to refine the sales approach.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Background in finance, business, economics, or a comparable discipline.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities, comfortable discussing numbers and revenue.
- Experience in restaurant, food‑delivery, or hospitality sectors is a plus.
- Excellent English communication, confident, persuasive, and results‑driven.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
- Ability to work remotely aligned with U.S. business hours; MBA is a plus.
