Sales Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Account Manager to manage key client accounts, uncover new business opportunities and ensure long‑term customer satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact, delivering tailored IT solutions and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned markets.
• Understand client needs and propose suitable IT solutions.
• Deliver sales presentations, proposals and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms in line with company policies.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales Engineering, Solutions, Marketing and Support.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM, including pipeline, forecasts and activities.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT solutions.
• Strong account management and customer relationship skills.
• Proven ability to identify and develop sales opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and follow‑up abilities.
• Capability to manage sales targets and maintain accurate forecasting.
