Sales Representative – Levant Region (Jordan, Syria & Lebanon)

About the role

STIEL, a leading Tunisian manufacturer of electrical wiring devices, is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to expand its commercial presence across the Levant region (Jordan, Syria and Lebanon). You will act as the primary point of contact for wholesalers, distributors, retailers and installers, promoting a portfolio of high‑quality, competitively priced products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and develop a network of distributors and resellers throughout the Levant.
• Present STIEL’s catalogue, negotiate commercial terms and close sales.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs, providing regular market intelligence.
• Coordinate order processing, delivery and after‑sales support with STIEL’s export team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of field sales experience in electrical products, building materials or related sectors.
• Existing contacts or network within the distribution channel in Jordan, Syria or Lebanon is a strong advantage.
• Fluent Arabic with good English or French for communication with headquarters.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the region.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable working autonomously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic reporting tools, especially Microsoft Excel.
