Senior Cyber Security Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Cyber Security Engineer to design, implement and manage comprehensive information assurance solutions for our clients across the MENA region. You will work closely with consultants and engineers to enhance security postures and respond to incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy SIEM, DLP, endpoint protection, identity and vulnerability management solutions.
• Select, evaluate and manage enterprise security technologies such as firewalls, antivirus, IDS/IPS, encryption and remote‑access tools.
• Configure, administer and optimise security systems at client sites.
• Define and implement security controls aligned with policies and industry standards.
• Conduct incident response, forensic investigations and produce detailed reports for management.
• Develop threat models, use cases and perform log, vulnerability and network traffic analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT/Security operations, SOC or incident response.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, networking and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
• Professional security certifications (e.g., CIHE, CEH, CPTE) preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
