Senior JavaScript Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior JavaScript Engineer to lead the design and implementation of our front‑end platform. You will work in a global team that builds scalable, high‑performance web applications for customer‑centric industries such as utilities, financial services, logistics and commerce.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, maintainable front‑end architectures and choose appropriate frameworks, libraries and tools.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews, technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with back‑end engineers, UX/UI designers and product managers to deliver integrated solutions.
• Assess UI/UX feasibility, optimise performance, and ensure responsiveness across devices.
• Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement by staying up‑to‑date with JavaScript trends and proposing enhancements.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and help the team meet sprint goals.
• Implement automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines to ensure software reliability.
