Senior Sales Executive – Industrial Equipment

About the role

The Senior Sales Executive drives sales growth and expands the company's presence in the industrial equipment and services market. The role covers new business development, account management and proposal work, with site visits and coordination with technical and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and manage existing client accounts
• Prepare customized proposals and quotations
• Conduct site visits, deliver product presentations and demonstrations
• Negotiate contracts and coordinate with technical and operations teams for accurate solutions and timely delivery
• Track sales performance against targets and report regularly to management
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, industry trends and competitor activity

Required profile

• Demonstrated B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment, engineering solutions or related sectors
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Knowledge of the Jordan industrial market and willingness to travel locally for client visits
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, working independently and in cross-functional teams

Required skills

• Analyzing client needs and collaborating with technical teams on solutions
• Preparing proposals, quotations and reports with common office and CRM software
• Effective English communication and presentation; Arabic is highly beneficial
