Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Riverhead is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment operations. You will partner with hiring managers and external partners to attract top talent while ensuring compliance with legal and internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute recruitment processes from job posting on Riverhead’s platform to candidate assessment and validation.
• Maintain strong relationships with consultants, recruitment agencies, service providers and other stakeholders.
• Source candidates through platform applications, job portals, social media, networking events and employee referrals.
• Align talent with Riverhead’s competency‑mapping model to support future project matching.
• Prepare and analyse surveys to capture consultants’ aspirations and use insights to improve acquisition strategies.
• Develop and maintain reporting systems to track key talent acquisition metrics.
• Ensure confidentiality, ethical behavior and a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in human resources or recruitment.
• Experience in management consulting or AI‑related domains is a plus.
