Telesales Team Member (Part-Time)

About the role

Zain Jordan is looking for a highly motivated and passionate part-time Telesales Team Member to handle customer calls and sell and promote Zain products and services. The goal is to meet monthly achievement targets while describing the promoted products and services accurately and highlighting their benefits. The role is based in Amman.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and describe the offered services and products fully, highlighting their benefits and privileges.
• Meet sales targets by offering suitable options to customers.
• Follow working hours and quality standards, including information security, when selling and talking to customers.
• Subscribe customers to free or paid services after their approval.
• Follow up on leads and ensure they are entered correctly into the system so they count for the agent.
• Spot trends in customer feedback and system issues and alert the responsible parties.
• Train new Telesales Team Members to high service standards and in line with Zain's policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• Preferred: 2 years of relevant experience.
• Able to wear a headset for extended periods, around 8 hours per day, while interacting with customers.
