Training Sales Officer

About the role

Masar - Gain Success is a data-driven growth and performance optimization team that helps businesses increase their online profitability through training, coaching and account management services. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Training Sales Officer in Amman, Jordan, who will promote and sell its training and coaching services to prospective and existing business clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads, conduct client meetings and presentations, and manage the sales cycle from first contact through closing and follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand training offerings and tailor proposals to client needs.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the engagement.
• Maintain accurate records in sales systems and prepare regular performance reports.
• Contribute feedback to improve products and sales processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in training, consulting or digital services.
• Experience in lead generation and sales operations, including prospect identification, pipeline management and structured sales processes.
• Channel sales capability to work with partners or intermediaries and expand offerings through multiple sales channels.
• Ability to work on-site in Amman and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; strong presentation and negotiation skills are highly beneficial.

• Comfort with CRM tools, spreadsheets and basic data analysis to track performance and optimise sales activities.
