Account Manager

About the role

Standout Agency is looking for a full‑time Account Manager to join its Amman office. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal creative, production, and digital teams, ensuring that digital marketing projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding business objectives and translating them into actionable briefs.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (creative, production, digital) to execute campaigns.
• Lead client meetings, present concepts, and manage expectations.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare performance reports, and recommend optimisations.
• Support proposal development and new initiative generation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client relationship management and account servicing within a creative or digital agency.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and campaign management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with the Jordanian or regional market is preferred.
