About the role
The Administrative Officer provides comprehensive administrative and general support across the organization, acting as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders. This role ensures smooth operation of the administration unit and contributes to the overall efficiency of the site.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate all activities within the administration unit in partnership with the Administration Manager.
- Oversee the facility housekeeping function to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Participate in transportation management, including fleet oversight, driver coordination, and vehicle maintenance.
- Support facility management tasks such as routine maintenance, renovation projects, and space planning.
- Manage catering and hospitality services, monitoring team attendance and food quality.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3‑5 years of experience in administrative or facility management roles.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
