Agency Management Advisor

About the role

The Agency Management Advisor will lead the growth and performance of local hosts and agencies within our AM Operations division. This role focuses on recruitment, partnership development, and the execution of events and campaigns to drive platform engagement and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand local hosts and agencies through recruitment, performance monitoring, and long‑term cooperation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and partners, conducting business meetings and ensuring policy compliance.
• Support hosts and agencies with performance improvement plans, training, and operational guidance to maximize revenue.
• Plan and execute localized online and offline events and campaigns to boost engagement, retention, and platform growth.
• Monitor operational and event performance using data analysis and provide actionable optimization strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Media, Internet, or related fields (preferred).
• Experience in livestreaming, social media, agency management, account management, or similar operational roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management abilities.
• High social intelligence and business awareness, capable of handling partner meetings confidently.
• Data‑driven mindset with solid analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or local language is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure, take ownership, and execute efficiently.
