AI Automation Systems Specialist

About the role

Sumw Group is looking for a highly motivated AI Automation Systems Specialist to design, build, and manage AI‑driven automation solutions that boost operational efficiency across marketing, sales, customer service, and internal workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI‑powered automation systems for internal and client processes.
• Create automated workflows using platforms such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, or similar tools.
• Integrate AI models and APIs (OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) into smart assistants, chatbots, and workflow automations.
• Connect CRM systems, websites, forms, databases, and communication platforms into unified automated ecosystems.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously optimize automation flows.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, media, and operations teams to identify new automation opportunities.
• Document workflows, system architecture, and automation logic for internal reference.

Required profile

• Proven experience in AI automation, workflow systems, or process optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple remote systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic a plus).

Required skills

• Automation platforms: Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n.
• AI tools and APIs: OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini.
• CRM and project‑management tools: HubSpot, Monday.com, ClickUp, Notion, Airtable.
• Integration experience with WhatsApp, Slack, email, and social‑media tools.
• Fundamental knowledge of databases, webhooks, APIs, and logic structures.
