Supply Chain & Finance IT Lead

About the role

The Supply Chain & Finance IT Lead is responsible for delivering and supporting Transmed's technology portfolio for supply chain and finance functions. This role works at the intersection of business and technology, translating strategic objectives into practical, value‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a future‑proof technology strategy and roadmap for supply chain and finance.
• Translate business needs into comprehensive technology solutions, data models, processes, and user experiences.
• Monitor external trends and insights to keep Transmed’s technology landscape competitive.
• Partner with architecture teams to map and implement system roles within the overall IT ecosystem.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior supply chain, finance, and IT leaders throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure roadmap alignment and delivery of business‑critical capabilities.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and backlog refinement, to drive efficient delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience bridging business objectives with technology solutions in supply chain or finance domains.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and integration patterns.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience managing external technology partners and vendor contracts.
• Track record of delivering measurable value through technology investments.
