Analytics Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Analytics Manager to lead analytics initiatives for our digital marketing agency. The role combines client‑facing responsibilities, technical expertise, and team leadership to deliver actionable insights across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end analytics projects, including web analytics, business analysis, marketing attribution, dashboard/report creation, and audience strategy development.
• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
• Collaborate with strategy, SEO, and paid media teams to deliver cohesive services.
• Implement and optimise workflows to guarantee timely, accurate project delivery.
• Oversee analytics for a diverse portfolio of e‑commerce, tech, automotive, and hospitality clients, handling multiple accounts simultaneously and responding to RFPs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics or a related field.
• 4‑5 years of analytics experience in a client‑facing environment.
• Google Analytics 4 certification (mandatory).
• Strong communication, project management and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Funnel.io, Firebase, Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) and SKAN configuration.
• Data‑visualisation tools: Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio.
• Server‑side tagging infrastructure (experience with Firestore is a plus).
• Google Cloud Platform, especially BigQuery.
• Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel (beneficial).
• Programming languages: Python or R.
• Attribution modelling and marketing‑mix modelling.
