Area Manager

About the role

The Area Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing route‑to‑market (RTM) plans, managing distributor profitability and optimizing store assortments across the Levant (Jordan) market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop & implement RTM plans and dashboards.
• Manage distributor/customer profitability – Total Customer Investment (TCI).
• Optimize store assortment (SAO) and roll out ATSM solutions.
• Cascade cycle instructions for field force and analyse trade KPIs.
• Develop and implement field‑force incentive schemes and track trade budget.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
• At least 4 years of experience in data processing and analysis.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, good verbal and written communication.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel.
• PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Power BI (plus).
