Digital Marketer (SEO, GEO/AEO & Paid Media)

About the role

The Big Agency is seeking a Digital Marketer to plan, run, and measure digital campaigns for a diverse client portfolio. You will collaborate closely with production and design teams, shaping online growth strategies in both Arabic and English.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SEO, GEO, and AEO initiatives for agency and client websites, including keyword research, technical SEO, on‑page optimization, structured content, schema and AI answer engine visibility.
• Plan, launch and continuously optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, handling targeting, budgets, A/B testing and performance improvement.
• Develop social media and content strategies, create editorial calendars and work with the production team on ideas and scripts.
• Set up tracking in GA4 and GTM, produce monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns, automations and conversion funnels.
• Write high‑quality marketing and ad copy in Arabic and English and communicate results to clients.

Required profile

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven hands‑on SEO experience with solid understanding of GEO and AEO.
• Demonstrated success managing Meta and Google ads with real budgets.
• Strong analytical skills, organized and able to handle multiple clients and deadlines.
