Investor Relations & Public Relations Officer

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, professional, and highly motivated Investor Relations & Public Relations Officer to join our team in Amman. The successful candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with investors, stakeholders, and the public while representing the company in a professional and engaging manner.

Key responsibilities

• Assist investors with inquiries and matters related to the company’s operations and services.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with investors, clients, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and investor communications.
• Represent the company professionally during meetings, investor visits, events, and external activities.
• Coordinate public relations activities and media communications.
• Support company branding, corporate image, and reputation management initiatives.
• Respond to inquiries from investors and stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor market trends and provide relevant insights to management.
• Attend external meetings, events, and field visits when required.

Required profile

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken – mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional appearance.
• Willingness and flexibility to work both in the office and in the field.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Previous experience in investor relations, public relations, customer relations, or a similar role is an advantage.
