Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

About the role

As an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Hilton, you will support the daily operations of one or more dining outlets, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience. You will work closely with the F&B team to uphold high standards of service, quality, and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing day‑to‑day food and beverage operations, including guest service, inventory, reservations, and reporting.
• Support the development and execution of guest‑satisfaction initiatives, collect feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor food presentation, cost controls, and portion sizes to maintain value and quality.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and recognize team members to foster a positive work environment.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and coaching of new staff.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol‑service regulations.
