Associate Consultant – Amman (Full‑time)

About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Associate Consultant based in Amman to support policy and social impact projects across the MENA region and beyond. You will work with governments, NGOs, foundations and multilateral organisations to develop strategies, conduct research and engage stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead work streams within consulting projects and manage client relationships.
- Execute project workstreams in coordination with the project team.
- Develop analytical frameworks, methodologies and conduct secondary and primary research.
- Engage social‑sector stakeholders through interviews, focus groups and workshops.
- Analyse, structure and summarise research findings and present insights visually.
- Contribute to thought‑leadership, publications and business‑development proposals.
Required profile
- Full‑time availability and based in Amman, Jordan.
- Willingness to travel within the MENA region and occasionally to other regions.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities to work with policy makers and stakeholders.
