Associate Manager, Procurement & Contracts

About the role

Namaa is seeking an experienced procurement and contracts professional to lead sourcing, commercial negotiations and vendor management for its construction and real‑estate projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end procurement cycles, including RFP development, technical and commercial evaluation, and vendor selection.
• Conduct market price assessments, unit‑rate benchmarking and BOQ analysis to protect budgets and mitigate cost inflation.
• Draft, negotiate and finalize MSAs, SLAs, purchase orders and variation orders with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement workflows, financial approval limits and contractual risk controls.
• Maintain high‑performing supplier relationships, audit delivery against SLAs and resolve commercial disputes.
• Collaborate with Construction, Operations, Legal and Finance teams to translate requirements into enforceable commercial terms.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of progressive experience in commercial procurement, strategic sourcing or contract management, preferably in construction, real‑estate or facilities management.
• Proven ability to draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and allocate risk.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in cost modeling, unit‑rate benchmarking and invoice auditing.
• Excellent negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills, able to secure competitive pricing and resolve claims under pressure.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal leadership.
