About the role
The Bellman supports guests by handling luggage and parking services while ensuring compliance with Mövenpick operational standards. Working under the Bell Captain, you will contribute to a seamless guest experience at the resort.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage handling and car‑park services on arrival and departure.
- Maintain and update the daily logbook and inspect front‑office equipment.
- Observe fire safety and first‑aid procedures and report any incidents.
- Handle guest complaints promptly and communicate them to the manager.
- Provide product knowledge of all hotel facilities and support daily operations.
- Report operational updates regularly to department managers.
- Attend scheduled training sessions and cooperate with all hotel departments.
Required profile
- Valid driving licence.
- Professional appearance, friendly and cheerful demeanor.
- Ability to work harmoniously with hotel staff and external partners.
- Awareness of hotel standards, safety procedures, and guest service expectations.
