Brand Manager – Marketing & Brand Management

About the role

Mezete is looking for an experienced Brand Manager to shape and grow its brand across international markets. The role will drive brand strategy, innovation, product launches, packaging, and integrated marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies that strengthen equity and support business growth.
• Lead annual brand planning and manage the product portfolio to maximize market opportunities.
• Drive product innovation and manage launches from concept to commercialization.
• Oversee packaging development, ensuring alignment with brand standards and consumer expectations.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, trade, and consumer channels.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams, distributors, agencies, and international market partners.
• Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage marketing budgets, KPIs, performance reporting, and return on investment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or a related commercial role.
• Strong background in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, or Retail.
• Proven experience managing brands across multiple countries or regions.
• Experience leading product launches, packaging projects, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
