Business Development Manager – FinTech

About the role
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth for our multi‑asset trading products across the MENA region and beyond. You will build and nurture relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), Money Managers, and other partners, helping them expand accounts, deposits, and revenues.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and target Money Managers and IBs in the MENA region and other markets.
- On‑board IBs, increase their client base, and grow trading volumes.
- Prepare proposals and cross‑sell retail clients that meet IB thresholds.
- Stay updated on market news and trends in FX, commodities, stocks, and indices.
- Advise clients on trading, options, and risk‑management strategies.
- Attend industry events to source new prospects.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Monitor client funding, volume, and new account activations.
Required profile
- B.Sc. degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Forex/CFD brokerage sales.
- Hunter mindset with a focus on targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills across cultures.
- Strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets (FX, stocks, commodities, indices).
