C++ Software Engineer (Linux) – Full-time in Amman

About the role

We are looking for a talented C++ Software Engineer with strong Linux expertise to join our development team in Amman. You will design, develop, and maintain high‑performance applications that support both local and international projects in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and enhance Linux‑based C++ applications.
• Implement system‑level programming using multithreading, IPC and networking.
• Analyze memory usage, CPU performance and optimize code for scalability.
• Debug and troubleshoot complex issues with tools such as gdb and valgrind.
• Work with Linux build systems (Make, CMake) and integrate software into production.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver stable solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Mechatronic, Electrical or Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional C++ development experience on Linux platforms.
• Strong understanding of OOP, data structures and algorithms.
• Good command of English; German is a plus.
