About the role

Soum is seeking a motivated Car Salesman to join its remote team in Jordan. You will play a key part in driving sales of second‑hand vehicles on our fast‑growing re‑commerce marketplace, ensuring customers receive accurate information and a seamless buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing tailored sales quotes and proposals for prospective buyers.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide accurate details about Soum’s services.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, ensuring timely follow‑ups and issue resolution.
• Organise and manage customer information to enhance communication and service delivery.
• Accurately process customer orders in a timely manner while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee smooth order fulfilment.
• Collect, analyse, and report sales performance metrics.
• Prepare insightful sales reports and dashboards for management.
• Monitor and share customer feedback to optimise sales strategies.

Required profile

• Strong command of the Saudi accent (mandatory requirement).
• 0‑2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or operations.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
