Client Account Manager – Growth (Amman, Jordan)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Client Account Manager to support the leadership team of key Government and Public Services accounts across the Middle East. Based in Amman, this internal client services role focuses on driving account growth, overseeing project pipelines, and delivering strategic insights to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Lead Client Service Partner in developing and implementing account strategies and initiatives.
• Conduct market research on local and global trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Monitor economic KPIs, financial performance, and competitor positioning.
• Perform SWOT and other analyses to provide strategic recommendations.
• Track financial performance against annual account plans and generate executive‑level reports.
• Coordinate account team strategy meetings and analyze large data sets.
• Support key pursuits, produce win/loss analyses, and maintain account information.
• Build relationships with internal finance, growth, and GPS teams as well as client procurement stakeholders.
• Assist with Account Labs and Eminence events, handling content and logistics.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑building abilities with senior client and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical and strategic thinking with a solid understanding of the Government/Public Services sector.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally across finance, growth, and professional services teams.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for driving account growth.
