About the role
The Cluster General Manager will lead the Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn properties on the Dead Sea, overseeing daily operations, driving revenue, and ensuring the hotels deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for people development, financial performance, and brand representation in the local market.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement programmes to boost team engagement and succession planning.
- Set performance goals, provide coaching, and oversee HR actions in line with company policies.
- Maintain brand and service standards, monitor guest satisfaction, and engage directly with guests for feedback.
- Prepare annual capital, cash‑flow, and sales‑marketing plans; analyse financials to maximise profitability.
- Utilise distribution channels and technology platforms to increase market share.
- Ensure a safe environment for guests and staff, act as a public‑relations representative, and promote community involvement.
- Lead sustainability initiatives to reduce the hotel’s carbon footprint.
Required profile
- Extensive experience as a hotel General Manager in the luxury or premium segment.
- Strong focus on food & beverage operations.
- Experience in Jordan or the surrounding region is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages are advantageous.
