Digital Portfolio Senior Manager

About the role

The Digital Portfolio Senior Manager will lead the end‑to‑end development, management and growth of the International Rescue Committee’s Early Childhood Development (ECD) digital portfolio across the MENA region. This senior position oversees a suite of digital products—including social media channels, an AI‑powered chatbot, mobile applications, online learning courses and a dedicated website—to expand reach, boost engagement and ensure user‑centered, contextually relevant solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the digital portfolio, ensuring alignment with IRC’s ECD programmatic priorities and Arabic content.
• Lead the digital team and coordinate with technical, content, and country program teams.
• Oversee vendors, consultants and volunteers delivering digital services.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase digital reach, improve usability, accessibility and user engagement.
• Monitor performance metrics, conduct continuous improvement, and report on portfolio impact.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience managing digital products or portfolios in a humanitarian or non‑profit context.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage external service providers.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development needs and the MENA region’s digital landscape.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
