Director of Rooms

About the role

The Director of Rooms will lead all rooms‑related functions at Amman Rotana, ensuring exceptional guest experiences across Front Office, Housekeeping, Laundry and Recreation. This senior position requires strategic oversight of room revenue, occupancy and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Front Office, Housekeeping, Laundry and Recreation departments.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout all rooms areas.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimise room revenue and occupancy.
• Train, mentor and lead departmental teams to deliver outstanding service.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Director of Rooms or in a comparable senior role within reputable hotel companies.
• Strong track record managing both Housekeeping and Front Office operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and team‑building abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to devise and execute revenue‑driving and guest‑satisfaction strategies.
• High attention to detail and a passion for delivering superior guest experiences.
