About the role

Jordan Kuwait Bank is expanding its Elite Banking segment and seeks dynamic professionals to manage and grow high‑value client portfolios. As an Elite Relationship Manager you will deliver tailored financial solutions and ensure a premium banking experience for affluent customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Elite/Affluent clients while maintaining long‑term relationships.
• Identify client financial needs and provide customized banking and investment solutions.
• Promote a full range of banking products, including deposits, lending, cards, and wealth solutions.
• Achieve portfolio growth and cross‑selling targets while upholding high service standards.
• Monitor client portfolios to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Elite clients, delivering a premium experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver bespoke financial solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of banking experience, preferably in Relationship Management, Priority Banking, or Wealth Management.
• Strong knowledge of retail banking products.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication abilities.
• Proven track record of managing portfolios and meeting sales targets.
• Analytical mindset with a customer‑centric approach.
