Executive - Content Delivery

About the role

The Executive – Content Delivery will monitor and manage the brand’s social conversation across multiple platforms. Working closely with internal and client teams, you will ensure timely, appropriate responses and translate insights into actionable reports.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily checks on social channels to track brand mentions and sentiment.
• Craft customized responses for complaints, queries and engagements across each platform.
• Collaborate with the broader content team and the client’s internal stakeholders to stay aligned on initiatives.
• Maintain communication with the brand representative to develop FAQ content.
• Generate engagement reports and content analysis using social listening dashboards.
• Build and maintain crisis‑monitoring dashboards to support rapid response during emergencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, English or a related field.
• Bi‑lingual proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands‑on experience in social media management and community initiatives.
• Ability to interpret website traffic data and understand online marketing fundamentals.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Sprinklr.
• Proficiency with Hootsuite or similar social engagement tools.
