Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

Grand Hyatt Amman is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead its F&B operations. The successful candidate will drive innovation in menu development, enhance guest experiences, and ensure operational excellence across all outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Plan and manage short‑ and long‑term food and beverage budgets, monitor costs and inventory.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Collaborate with marketing to create annual promotion plans and expand guest attraction.
• Ensure continuous training on food and beverage skills and knowledge.
• Plan and monitor team development and performance management.
• Work with the executive chef to create innovative, cost‑effective menus reflecting current trends.
• Partner with the event sales department to attract and execute successful events and functions.
• Conduct regular audits of all outlets to ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback and complaints.

Required profile

• Minimum 2‑4 years of hotel experience in a similar Food & Beverage management role.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and make data‑driven decisions.
• Valid work authorization for Jordan (Jordanian ID) as required by local labor law.
