Food Runner – Guest Service Support

About the role

Join our team as a Food Runner and help create memorable dining experiences for guests at Roberto's in Amman. You will support the food and beverage operation by ensuring timely service, maintaining clean work areas, and assisting both the front‑of‑house and kitchen staff.

Key responsibilities

• Set tables, replenish supplies, and keep service stations stocked.
• Assist the kitchen by delivering dishes, clearing plates, and maintaining a tidy work environment.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, ensuring health and safety standards are met.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 lb unaided (up to 50 lb with assistance).
• Navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces safely while on your feet for extended periods.
• Read and verify menu information to support accurate order delivery.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior experience required; experience in a food‑and‑beverage environment is a plus.
• No supervisory experience needed.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site and stand, walk, or sit for long periods.
