About the role
We are looking for a Front Office Agent to join the team at Cloud 7 Residence Aqaba, a vibrant waterfront lifestyle destination in Ayla Marina Village. The property features 75 serviced residences, a presidential villa, and direct access to beach clubs, water sports, golf and adventure parks, offering a dynamic environment for guest interaction. The role involves delivering warm, professional service to guests and supporting the smooth operation of the front desk.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a smooth check‑in and check‑out process.
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and billing with accuracy.
- Provide information on hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, concerns, and complaints.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Follow front office procedures and standards for service, safety, and compliance.
