About the role
The Guest Relation Agent is a key member of the Sheraton front‑desk team, responsible for creating memorable experiences for guests throughout their stay. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out processes while delivering personalized service.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and handle reservations.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints, providing solutions that enhance satisfaction.
- Process operational tasks such as reporting, documentation, and coordination with other hotel departments.
- Share local area highlights and recommendations to enrich the guest experience.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment, adhering to company policies and standards.
- Perform physical tasks, including moving, lifting, and carrying items up to 10 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
