Guest Services Associate – Airport Lounge & Transit Hotel

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Guest Services Associates to join our newly launched airport hospitality operation, which includes both an airport lounge and a transit hotel. You will be the first point of contact for travelers, delivering a warm, professional, and personalized experience throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
• Manage guest check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently and accurately.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other operational teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of services, facilities, and promotions.
• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately.
• Promote lounge and hotel services while identifying opportunities to enhance satisfaction.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
• Adhere to company policies, service standards, and safety procedures.
• Support a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and service excellence.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality qualification is a plus.
• Previous experience in front office, guest services, hospitality, aviation, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS).
