IT Director – Multi Property Management

About the role

The IT Director will lead and manage the technology function across multiple hospitality properties and corporate offices in Jordan. Reporting to the Area Director of Information Technology, the role combines strategic leadership, vendor management, and hands‑on oversight of daily IT operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the IT function for assigned properties, ensuring reliable internet, network, and system performance.
• Represent the IT discipline in Business Council meetings and provide updates to senior leadership.
• Develop and execute IT acquisition projects for new hotels, delivering on schedule and with minimal defects.
• Maintain accurate status documentation, scorecards, and action plans for regional and area teams.
• Manage relationships with IT vendors, driving engagement and service quality improvements.
• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning within the IT team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an associate supervisory or project‑management role within hospitality technology.
• Proven experience with hospitality management systems and back‑of‑house/guest‑facing operations.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience working with international locations.
