Landscape Architect – Amman, Jordan

About the role

WSP is seeking a Landscape Architect to join its Amman office, delivering innovative and sustainable landscape solutions across a variety of projects in the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Develop landscape design concepts, master plans and detailed designs from schematic to construction stages.
• Produce presentation materials, reports, technical drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, urban designers, planners, engineers and environmental specialists to integrate landscape solutions.
• Prepare planting, hardscape, irrigation, grading and landscape construction packages and review technical submissions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards and project requirements.
• Support construction‑stage reviews and site inspections as needed.
• Mentor junior team members and provide design leadership (for senior candidates).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related discipline.
• 5–15 years of professional landscape architecture experience.
• Strong experience in landscape design and project delivery on mixed‑use, hospitality, urban, residential, commercial or infrastructure projects.
• Excellent design, presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
